Can I change my delivery address?

When placing your order, you can add a different delivery address if you wish. If you've already placed your order and need to change details of the delivery address, remove items from the order or cancel it completely, please call us for advice or email us.

Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. This can only be completed before your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver all products available on our website to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We also deliver a selection of products internationally, currently including most of Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), America, Canada and Australia.

Which payment options do you accept?

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo; American Express; PayPal.

Can I cancel an order online?

In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call or email us. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

If an item is out of stock online, can I still order over the phone?

If an item is out of stock online it doesn’t necessarily mean that we don’t have it. Feel free to call us and we will manually check, or we will be happy to offer an alternative to suit your needs.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, everything we sell comes from health clubs or the manufacturer's themselves. With good relationships with all the brands we know that our products are the real deal.

Do I get a warranty with this item?

Yes, with all of our refurbished items you get a 3-month parts and labour onsite warranty. Extended warranties are available for an extra cost. If you are out of warranty and need assistance please call us and we will still try and find you the most financially viable solution to the problem, so you are never left alone. All of our refurbished items come with a 21-point service in which the machine is thoroughly checked and tested before dispatch.

Will there be any marks on the machines at all, even with a full refurbishment?

Although every care is taken for refurbished gym equipment, even after a re-spray some deeper marks may stay behind. If we think that after the refurbishment that it may not meet our high standards we will contact you and send you images of the marks so that you can judge for yourself.

I need the item installing in my house can you offer that service?

Yes, we are happy to offer that service. Our standard delivery is by an external company who deliver to the nearest access point in the house. If you wish for a delivery and install we will personally delivery home gym equipment and set it up.

If you wish for this option then please contact us direct. We can give you a quote based on your location and can also acquire any details as to the nature of the install eg. Upstairs. This is only available in the mainland UK. However, please feel free to ask if you are elsewhere and we may be able to come to a solution.
