Providing you with a 18mm Silicon running deck at a respectable 55" x 20", this will attend to many shape and size users. Making it easier to achieve your fitness goals, the Adventure 4 comes packed with 15 motivational programmes (such as Manual, Interval, Weight Loss, Hill and Rolling) to make your first workout feel as fresh as your last. As well as this the ‘My Keys’ function allows you to set minimum andmaximum workout goals helping you achieve the targets you want.

Powered by a 2.5 CHP Digital Drive Motor for quiet and smooth performance, the Adventure 4 can / take you to speeds from 0.5 to a staggering 12mph with an elevation of 0 to 12%!

Displaying your workouts on a user friendly easy to read double backlit LED’s and a dot matrix display, convenient feedback is provided throughout your workouts such as the time you’ve been working out, speed you’re running at, distance you’ve travelled, elevation of the running deck, calories you’ve burnt, you’re current heart rate, and much more. If this wasn’t enough the information on your heart rate is collected by the hand pulse grips and fed directly into the machine giving you an accurate reading, to tell you if you’re over doing it.
