What is the Stroops Revolution?

Stroops Revolution

The Stroops Revolution is a 360 degree Group Fitness Anchor for resistance band training.

Resistance bands help to build muscle strength, stamina and movement, but what makes the Stroops Revolution Anchor different?

Perfectly paired with your choice of Slastix bands, the Stroops Revolution features a spinning top and multi-height connection points.

The ideal foundation for a versatile resistance band workout, you can connect over 40 parts to work a wide range of muscle groups. Suitable for up to six people, it offers a truly unique workout experience with friends, family or with your gym class.

The rollaway design means it can be easily transported and stored. At 44 inches wide, you can also fit it through any door. Cleverly designed, you can set this anchor up with just one pair of hands - it’s that simple.

You can easily turn the training up or down in difficulty levels depending on your group’s ability. It’s all in your choice of Slastix band and activity.

How to use:

The Stroops Revolution comes with six spines, with each one offering three different connection points. The pole has a combination of two fixed rings and one spinning ring at the top. Each ring can connect eight different spots. By adding your Slastix band to the spinning ring, you’re able to move all the way around for a 360 degree movement experience.

To make sure your anchor stays safely in place while you train, you can add stack plates. For more intense training you’ll need heavier plates. You can stack up to nine plates in total.
